Wireless Internet

Wireless Fidelity, or Wi-Fi, is provided throughout the terminal building, compliments of Halifax International Airport Authority (HIAA). This innovative service provides travellers with access to the Internet, e-mail and corporate networks without a physical connection. There are also three sets of quadruple workstations with modem-equipped pay phones throughout the departures lounge of the terminal building. These workstations provide more privacy and comfort for users.

You can connect to HIAA's free wireless service by following these steps:

1. Enable your wireless network adapter.

2. Connect to the "Halifax_Airport" wireless network.

3. Open your internet browser. You will see the welcome page.

4. Type in your email address, click the check box indicating you accept the "Terms and Conditions" of the service. Then click "continue".

5. You're connected!
